The Cobargo RSL Memorial Hall Group

The Cobargo RSL Sub-Branch are a passionate local group, who’s vision is to re-develop the local RSL Memorial Hall. The local group all contribute to regular meetings, maintenance and community support to work through requirements for the hall.

The Cobargo Green Recovery Group

Cobargo is a small township located between the mountains and the sea on the far south coast of NSW. The town was affected by the late 2019 early 2020 bushfires. It was a traumatic and challenging time for the community, with families displaced and the local public spaces and surrounding vegetation devastated by the disaster.

Grandparents Treasure Chest

The Grandparents Treasure Chest in Quaama NSW is a tool and machinery shed where the community shares local rebuilding materials as needed. This initiative is led by Don, and supported by community members Lyndia and Kym.

Bangladeshi Cultural Centre

Nipobon Polli is a community owned and run Bangladeshi Centre in NSW which was heavily impacted by the March 2021 Floods. Taubmans donated funds have been utlised to support the rebuild of the outdoor areas and community garden.
